All artwork, educational material and products on this website are the intellectual property of the artist, Katy Harmston. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial or personal purposes without written permission.
Usage Rights
You may not redistribute, resell, or otherwise exploit the artwork for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from the artist. Any modification, reproduction, or unauthorized use of the artwork is strictly prohibited
Duties and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and other related charges that may be incurred upon delivery of artwork. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Duties and taxes are determined by the destination country's government and customs authority. The rates and regulations vary from country to country and can change without notice. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that any duties and taxes are paid promptly to avoid delays in delivery. The shipping carrier may offer assistance with the payment, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the buyer.
Failure to pay duties and taxes may result in the artwork being held at customs, returned to the seller or destroyed. The buyer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to non-payment. Refunds for returned artwork will not include the cost of duties and taxes previously paid by the buyer. These costs are non-refundable as they are paid to the respective government authorities.
